Respected sir/madam
The employer has bought uniform for their employees. This expenses which category should be accounted.
It is Australian based company bookkeeping maintained by Xero accounting software. It is pertains to office expenses or Staff Amenities and include GST or not?

I think it should be under Staff amenities. The expense should be booked including all taxes therein.

donation paid to trust. it is Australian based company bookkeeping maintained in accounting software. in the software donation, charitable expenses not available in the software settings. hence I need your which head I account it this expenses. Could you please let me know.
