Which ITR to fill

I have income from house rent and bank deposits. No salary income is there. Which ITR is applicable to me.

File ITR 1 in case of one house rent.

Thanks Sir, I filed ITR-4 initially so now I received the notice under 139(9) . The probable resoluttion mentioned in notice is as follows " ITR4 is not applicable to your case since income from business of profession under section 44ad or 44ae or 44da is not disclosed. If you do not have any income from business or profession under section 44ad, 44ae or 44da then kindly file corrected return using ITR-2 ( for individual and HUF) or ITR-5 (in case of firm)

Not a problem you can file ITR 1 in case you have one house property.
