Sir, If someone has a small general store and he is also a LIC agent & gets LIC commission then which ITR he should file?
Till last year he used to file ITR-4 but this year instead of ITR-4 there is ITR-4S on income tax website & ITR-4S deals with Income from presumptive business. So whether he should file ITR-4S or any other ITR plz help?

Since there is also LIC Agent commission income ITR4 needs to filed.

You need to wait for it to be released. Due date has been extended from 31.07.2015 to 31.08.2015.

ITR3, ITR4, ITR5, ITR6, ITR7 has been notified by CBDT vide NOTIFICATION NO. 61/2015, Dated: July 29, 2015.
