my mom lives in USA and every month she deposited foreign exchange in my account.
Whether i required to file the return?

the remittance is exempt and as such you dont have to file any income tax return for the same.
To keep the income tax department informed, people suggest that you file return and show this remittance under exempt income column. Take the call ccordingly
