Which itr form will be used

17 July 2018 Sir,,
we have NGO having 12A, 80G registrations. We want to know that which ITR form will used for IT returns for the financial year 2017-18. Every year we use ITR-7 for IT returns. But some other auditors are using ITR-5. Please give me correct advise in this matter.

17 July 2018 Use ITR 7, ITR 5 is for those not registered u/s 12A and 80G.

17 July 2018 ITR-7 & 10B should be uploaded by Auditor or any person.

17 July 2018 Last date to file is 30th September in case audit applicable.
Trust having total income of Rs.2.50 lakh or more before claiming deductions u/s 11 should file audit report in Form No.10B. This must be filed electronically. Manual filing is not allowed. Trust must add CA after log in into their PAN. CA should upload Form No.10B online after log in into his PAN and then the Trust should approve it after log in into its PAN with DSC of Managing Trustee.
