I was a faculty in Management college with full time till Dec. From Jan, I started Visiting faculty. I have 2 Forms now, Form16 (From my institute where I was full time) and Form 16A from my new institutes.
My query is which ITR Form I should use..Please note both jobs were not concurrent....

ITR-1 is to be used in your case if you dont any any other income except salary and interest from bank

you use form itr-4 for that you have salary and profession income.

Dear CA Madhvi and Rupesh Jain....I had income from both.....Salary and Consultancy.......both not together...Which form in this case????
