01 July 2019 I have just started as a unemployed engineer contractor at PWD (civil contractor business) maharashtra , and now i require ITR for further process such as GST no. Registration , DSC Certificate and tender filling . But i don't have any income till now , so what to do now . Please help me with a solution .

02 July 2019 Obtain PAN number. With PAN number you can register under GST through GST portal. GST registration is required only when your turnover exceed 40 lacs. ITR filing required only when you have taxable income.
