Salary received from LIC with plus extra incentive and other allowances
FOR F.Y 2013-14 ii have filled ITR 2
In form 12BA details are given as
Basic PAY,Dearness Allowance,HRA,IncentiveFor procurring Businees,Conveyance Expense,Allowance to Devlopment Officer for Business,Perk and Cash Medical Benifits
Gross Salary
Total All such details are given
Which return should i File in this purpose ITR 1S OR ITR2

If it is in the nature of commission from LIC then ITR4 needs to be filed else you may file ITR -1
