Which itr form for profession/proprietory bus is it itr 4 ?

26 July 2012 Hi,

my query is
1)suppose someone just started business and his T/O is below 180000 for FY 11-12 then is thr require to file ITR 4 or other form ? is it right? his TDs has deducted by clients so for refund require to file return
2) How to file ITR 4 is there any Example in case if he is not maintaining books of accounts (he just keeping Receipts and exp only )

Plz advice me ASAP

26 July 2012 If his case falls under presumptive taxation, ITR4S can be used. Otherwise use ITR4 and fill the no account case column
