if a carpenter having income less than 2.5 lac in FY 2015-16, then which ITR can be used ITR4 or ITR4S ?

Use ITR 4.....................

ITR 4 is better till carpenter crosses more than Rs.2.5 lakh income, post that in subsequent years he can choose between ITR 4 or 4S.
