which is beneficial scheme in MCA21 ??

20 August 2010 hey experts.. an IT company owner has created three other companies in 1995. then he went Canada and settled there. no ROC filings since 2000. how much penalty will be there for each company? is it better to avail easy exit scheme or go for paying penalty through company law settlement scheme?? please reply soon..

20 August 2010 Cost wise EES,2010 is beneficial. But cut off date is 31/08/2010.

20 August 2010 For fees u can calculate for normal filing from here
https://mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=15

till 31.08.2010 only 25% of additional fees to be paid.

if filing EES no fees payable for filing.
