I HAVE PURCHASE A LAND. AND SUB PLOTTED INTO 50 PLOTS. I HAVE SOLD ALL 50 PLOTS. NOW WHICH DATE WILL BE CONSIDERED TO CALULATE THE CAPITAL GAIN. THE DATE OF SUB PLOTTING OR THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF LAND?

Date of purchase of land will be the date used for calculating indexation
09 October 2019
Date of purchase is taken for calculation for indexation of CG.
17 October 2019
WHETHER IT WILL BE TAXABLE IN PGBP INCOME OR CAPITAL GAIN?
