Yes, but client doesn't have mobile number in aadhar. And aadhar updation is stop due to corona

You can use class 2 Digital Signature for GST / Income Tax / MCA / IEC / EPF / ESIC

Currently the DGFT is allowing to obtain IEC using the Aadhar OTP, you can use that instead of Class 3 DSC.
