Hai This is Ritesh Khaitan. I have left my studies near 10 years ago now again i wish to start my studies . and i wish to join CS so what shold i do ???

There is no harm in joining CS after so long. I would suggest you to collect required info about CS course before joining the course.
You should go ahead after ensuring that you are really interested in this course for making your career.
