Whether trading [ sale purchase ] is allowed with old notes

Whether sales are allowed against the payment of old notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 because whatever amount if we receive from our customers in the form of old note shall be deposited into bank on or before 30th December 2016

Sales not allowed against old notes after 8th November. You can only deposit your cash balance at the end of the day on 8th November to bank.
