Whether to fill form 112 for article

Dear All,
I have applied for article training in September,2014 in Mumbai and I have completed my first year(B.Com) from rajasthan university.Now I am going to do correspondence course.I have already filled and submitted to ICAI "form 103" stating that I am doing correnpondence course.
Now I want to ask that whether I will be require to fill "FORM112"?

yes it is mandatory to intimate to icai about additional course pursuing even if it is correspondence course

form 112 is to be attached with Form 103. so you have to file it. mere stating the fact in form 103 is not sufficient.
