27 June 2013 Dear Sir :

We exporting fabric materials to france and their agent is NRI and he is getting a certain % of commission for the services rendered by him.

While our buyer sending the payment to us, he deduct his commission and send the rest.

Pl.advice whether TDS is applicable for his services.
