MY CLIENT IS BUILDER HE PURCHASED LAND OF RS. 55 LACS AND OTHERS MATERIALS FOR RS. 15 LACS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSE FOR SALE DURING THE YEAR ONLY PURCHASED WAS MADE AND NO SALE WAS MADE.
