DEAR SIR,
I have a doubt while filing the return in case of LIC Agent and General Commission,
1) LIC AGENT
Under what head it comes
whether is profession or business
my client is only a LIC Agent whose income is Rs 15,42,361/- for the year 2011-12,
2) General commission agent
He is doing as full time commission agent in the HOUSING loan his income is above Rs 50,00,000/- whether it is Tax audit??
