Whether st credit available or not

Dear sir,
We started our business from 01-07-2012.
We are in the business of export of servicing(only out of India)and not manufacturing unit. So we have not ST registration. We have purchase service from India of big amount and ST will be approximate Rs.60000. Can we take credit of this amount or any other way to save this ST amount.

First of all you need to get registered then only you can claim credit

As we are providing service out of india, We don't require to register with ACES. So we can not claim credit.
