Whether service tax is applicable on export sale commission

Sir, we are one of the rice exporter and after milling we are exporting rice to the entire world ,we are paying commission to the oversaes agent in foreign currency outside india from india whether we are liable for service tax. pls help

yes u have to pay service tax under import of service rules
