i am a proprietor, produce and provide software to my foreign clients as per their requirement and web designing too
receive payment through paypal,
tell me regarding service tax applicable n how can i skip this tax,
is their any change if i receive money in foreign currency,..??? urgent

It will be difficult to give a clear reply based on facts provided by you.
Normally export of services is exempt from service tax and few scenarios you can also claim refund for service tax paid on service availed by you from other vendors to provide your export service.
