16 December 2009 Ours is a private ltd co whose business is to accept tender and execute them.
Whether seperate resolution is required for each tender we apply for.
Also whether separate resolution is required to be passed for making an FD with the bank.

As regards FD, pass a one time resolution authorisign the existing signatories to open FD and do all other acts required for the same.
