Ours is a private ltd co whose business is to accept tender and execute them.
Whether seperate resolution is required for each tender we apply for.
Also whether separate resolution is required to be passed for making an FD with the bank.

No. Pass a one time resolution authorising some officials to do all the matters required in the matter.
As regards FD, pass a one time resolution authorisign the existing signatories to open FD and do all other acts required for the same.
