Whether section no. will be asked in CPT-Mercantile Law

In June'08 CPT, there was not a single question on Section in M.Law. The same was also told by leading coaching institutes that there will be no question on section no.

Whether the same will continue this time also? please clarify.

08 December 2008 As regards section number, there are few answers without sections

There is no compulsion to write section number.
if U right, it will add to marks.

But if U will write wrong, marks will be deducted.

08 December 2008 Sir, CPT is objective type exam. What i am talking about is whether the question like this,

Q. Under which section of Indian Contract Act, is the consideration defined?
Ans.
a) 2 (b)
b) 2 (h)
c) 2 (d)
d) 2 (g)

now it is not about adding few more marks, cramming is the only way to get marks. Some ppl told that institute has stopped asking such questions. i want to confirm from anybody knowing about this.
