Whether ncdex stock exchange is recognised stock exchange

19 September 2012 Dear sir,
I want to know whether NCDEX exchange Ltd. is recognised exchange as per section 43(5)(d)(ii) Income tax Act 1961 in which it is given the transaction entered into these recognised stock exhange are not in the nature of speculation transaction. whether transaction of NCDEX are of recognised exchange as per securities regulation Act 1856 or not. Please reply the same.
