06 June 2017 Sir one of the MNC company ex: A provide the delivery services like pizza hut . another company B provide the delivery boys for A providing delivery services.B asked A to pay fee along with service tax but A argues it is a commission you are my agent we don't have pay any tax on it plz provide the solution whether it is a service or commission agent
