Only in case of sale to registered dealer invoice wise up loading is required. For sales to un registered persons consolidated details for a month can be loaded.

Thanks for your reply sir. I need some more clarification, I heard that AT The Time of Invoice whether we need to upload and get the reference number from GST portal the same reference should be mentioned in the invoice?

It is only an option given. You may use your own invoice number and upload in the return.
