20 August 2010 Dear Experts,

one of our client company is opting for EES but he has received show cause notice from RoC prosecuting U/s.162, 168, 210(5) & 220(3) for contravention of sections 159/160/166 & 210 of the Act. (Re - Helding AGM, Filing Annual Returns, Presenting Final Accounts).

Can company proceed with EES?

So is it fine that we continue with EES without filing any reply to the show cause notice as they have asked to reply within 15 days of issue of notice?
