I am writing to enquire about Whether amount disallow or Not if No Stamp is affixed in voucher of exceeding Rs. 5,000/-

If yes, Please give Income Tax Saction Reference in which is prefered to this case.

14 May 2012 Stamping of voucher is required in accordance with the Stamp Duty Act. Genuine Expenditure is not disallowed under the Income Tax Act on such grounds.
