22 November 2012 Dear friends I am working in a Charitable trust.Its main purpose is to maintain cow..We sell the cow milks to general public around 400ltrs daily n our turnover is 72 lacs annually..we have applied for charitable trust registration..I have a query that as we all know that a charitable trust cannot do business activity which has an annual reciept of more than 25lacs..If we will show reciepts of only 25lace than wat we will do of so many milks that cow is giving daily which we are selling..plz solve my query.

22 November 2012 Pay the income tax and continue with the charitable activity as well. (By the way, 400 litres a day and 365 days a year... at what rate you sell the milk? INR 50?)
