28 July 2015 an assesse filled return on 20.07.2013 for A.Y. 2013-14. but not sending ITR V .
ITR V Sending 06.07.2015 then Status shows Itr V Received after due date.and return had no proceed .
whether in this situation can eligible to file application u/s 119 (2)(B).
