whether an assessee is taxable for a single residential hous

can anyone plz tell me if an assessee having a "only one residential house" is taxable if the house comprises of two floors and both the floors are "self occupied"???

28 March 2010 No it is not taxable, if self occupied

29 March 2010 There will be no tax.

29 March 2010 one house property will be Exempt.

30 March 2010 but this exemption is available only to individual & HUF
