Can any body tell me , whether a comapny (PVT Ltd or Public Ltd) can hold shares in LLP (Limited Liabilty Partnership ?

The partners in an LLP are called members. The minimum number is two, there is no maximum number. The members may be individuals or companies.
However one must due diligently check the Object Clause of Memorandum of association of the company to check the same is allowing or not.
