Where to show itc reversal on account of credit note received from supplied

23 July 2023 I have received credit note from supplier for rate difference. Now how will i reverse input tax credit in form gstr 3BQ.in gstr3b there is table 4.under table 4 is B Itc reversed. Then there is (1) and (2) others. In which head I need to show. Please clarify?
