Can You any body explain to me about in Softwre Company where Central Excise Will be effected or applicable ?. I am going to join in software company for Excise category. So I want to know complete details please help on this.

Before asnswering your query. Further more info required such as, What type of software company it is, where the company is situated whether EOU, SEZ, etc. Software is a general term but to decide whether it is goods or service, it has to be understood from ground level of the activity.
