One Pvt Ltd company raised an invoice on 1st Sep 2018, When GST payment liability arises ?-
1 Date of Invoice Raised
or
2 Date of Payment Received against invoice
Please reply on Urgent Basis (plz also advise with circular/under section)

Payment liability arises from the date of Invoice. if raised on 1st Sep 2018 then Payment date from 1st Oct to 20th Oct-18
