i executed an agreement to sale of residential house in year 2013-2014 but sale deed got registered in 2014- 2015 then in which year capital gain taxable?

The capital gain is taxable in P.Y. 2013-14.

if the possession was not handed over in 2013-14, then it will be taxed in 2014-15 only when the sale deed was registered.
