When to download 2A for 20% capping of GST Input

11 December 2019 Today is the last date of filing of GSTR1. So when to download 2A for computation of GST input of 20% capping today or tomorrow i.e.12/12/19.
If today itself then when right now or in the evening as many vendors even today are in the process of filing the return.
