I m a Service Provider my TDS is deducted By the Other Party Concern....
So My Doubt Is That whether to Record Tds Deducted at the Time of Bill Issue or Whenever The Payment Is received..

you have better to recognize at the time of issue the invoice ..........and check with form 26as

given that deduction of taxes is not in your hands, it is preferable to book it only at the time of receipt of dues.
