We have applied for registration of brand name and till date its status is opposed we are selling atta in 5kg, 10kg,25kg,50kg. Will it attract gst or not ??

No...... if you are selling it in such bags as said by you...but without any brand name.

If we sell atta 5kg , 10kg, 25kg in brand name which is not registered till date and the status is "opposed"in registration of trade mark . Will it attract gst ?

Since it is not registered, it will not attract GST
