if pvt ltd company issue share, what stamp duty pay and where it's deposite

Stamp Duty is 0.1% of Transaction Value (i.e. Basic +Premium) and same has to be paid to SHCIL E STAMPING NCT OF DELHI (in case company is registered in Delhi.).

0.1% statute. Same can be obtained e stamping from sub register office.
