An employee facing termination is seeking advice on their entitlements, particularly concerning notice pay, retrenchment compensation, and gratuity. The employee has served nearly five years and was asked to leave after their salary was reduced. The advice suggests they are likely eligible for notice pay and retrenchment compensation, but gratuity eligibility depends on specific circumstances and company policy, especially given the company's size and potential non-compliance.

Ask for notice pay, which has to be paid in full with retrenchment compensation. Ask for gratuity payment if you have completed 5 years of service.

In such a case you are not eligible for gratuity. See your terms of employment any non compliance, being managerial level employee only company can do anything.
