Special resolution may be passed in AGM/EGM to alter MOA and AOA.
E-form 23 along with explantory statement u/s 173(2) and altered MOA and AOA may be filed with in 30 days from the passing of the special resolution.
Application in E-form 1B along with the minutes of the members meeting may be filed for approval for conversion within three months from the date of passing of the special resolution.
