05 November 2017 Yes Mr.Seetharaman sir is correct. Even if you have any issues in TDS amount or Form 16/16A we can raise a compliant from TRACES site itself

08 November 2017 TDS returns cannot be uploaded in TRACES website. But corrections can be done online in TRACES. TDS returns can bbe uploaded in ITR site.
