TRACES site deals with TDS, E filing site is for filing ITR

Even if you have any issues in TDS amount or Form 16/16A we can raise a compliant from TRACES site itself

Yes it can be uploaded in both sites.

TDS returns cannot be uploaded in TRACES website. But corrections can be done online in TRACES. TDS returns can bbe uploaded in ITR site.
