What is the limit of not maintain regular books of a/c

I am a lic agent & My income source of commission & I am not maintaining of regular books of a/c But my income Fy 2014-15 Rs. 350000/-
So Please suggest can i return file AY 2015-16 without maintain Regular books of accounts .
