What is the last date for filing ITR for Indl.
31st July (Sunday) or 1st August (Monday)

In my view date may not be extended-
In case of e filing it is 31st July.

Income Tax offices may also remain open on 30th and 31st July for receiving the manual Returns.
Let us wait for departments circular if
arrives any.

Sir....bt banks will remain closed...so how can one file a return on 31st. By virtue of General clause Act ..section 10..it will be 1st august.
