what is rate of ESI for employer and employee and on which amount it is deducted.
07 September 2020
From 01.07.2019 rate reduced from 6.5 to 4.0% . Employer contribution 3.25% and employee salary 0.75% on gross salary treshhold limit Rs.21000/- above treshhold ESI deduction not applicable.
