Procedure of filling form 13

i) The person concerned has to duly fill up and sign the form.
ii) The form must be delivered to the jurisdictional Assessing Officer.
iii) The A.O will issue appropriate certificate either to the assessee or the person responsible for deducting/collecting tax at source as the case may be.
