Dear Rahul,
Export Order is granted by the person or entity of the country in which goods or services to be exported.
Incase of Goods Supplies to Out side India Inspection of the Export Order is being done by the Customs Officials and may be ticked and stamped with bill of entry but not signed. They are checking the exact number is mentioned in the Cargo or CHA papers submitted with reagrds to SDF form.
