05 June 2010 Dear Suryaprakash,

As per the current provision of the Act, the benefit u/s 10A/10B is available upto financial year ending March 31, 2011.

However the software co are lobbying for an extension of this date. this is just for your kind information.

Also irrespective of the 10A/10B benefit they are liable to pay Minimum alternative tax u/s 115JB
